Our Story

Flash Forward was founded by six high school students who recognized the challenges many face in Ghana. Through extensive research, community engagement, and innovative engineering, they created a sustainable solution to provide solar-powered flashlights for students in need.

The Problem

In several regions of Ghana, unreliable electricity leaves students studying in the dark, often forced to use dangerous alternatives such as kerosene lamps, which also pose health risks.

Our Solution

Our solar-powered flashlights are designed for affordability, durability, and ease of use. Using modern techniques like 3D printing and laser cutting, our team of young innovators has created prototypes that can be efficiently produced and distributed.

Impact & Future Goals

By extending study hours and improving educational outcomes, our initiative is already making a tangible difference. We aim to expand our reach, develop further partnerships, and bring sustainable energy solutions to more communities.
