Want to build solar study lights or take a student placement with Flash Forward? This page says what to send and what happens next.
the process
There is no application portal and no posted deadline. Placements follow what the workshop can supervise. Below is an outline of the steps.

Application
Send your name, email, school if you have one, the track you want, how much time you can give, and when you could start. That is the whole application.
REPLY
A team member replies if the workshop can take a placement. No reply is not a waiting list.
PLACEMENT
If there is a fit, you get the track, the term, and the name of the person you report to before you start.

Volunteer
Volunteers build lights and keep the rest of the work moving: outreach, writing, fundraising, and welcoming the next person. See the tracks and what each one involves.
