I lead our volunteer team by onboarding new members, matching volunteers with roles that fit their interests and skills, and supporting them throughout their experience. I also coordinate volunteer activities, communication across teams, and volunteer engagement to help advance our mission.

My name is Venkata Anirudh, and my favorite place to hike is the North Cascades. I’ve always enjoyed building, tinkering, and figuring out how things work, which is why I find volunteering with Flash Forward Foundation so exciting. Being able to use creativity and hands-on problem solving to make a real difference in students' lives is incredibly rewarding. I’m grateful to be part of a team that combines engineering, innovation, and service to help bring light and opportunity to communities around the world.
